The community, basically. I was debating playing on the Japanese server too but for several reasons opted against it for the moment. I will only switch if my current playmates also do.

Just crafted new glasses and I'm rather fond of them.

Update: It works again after I redownloaded and reinstalled the game. I really wanted to avoid wasting time and data like that but oh well Q A Q

When I start the game, the in-game mouse pointer shows up on the company name screen but turns back into regular pointer at the title screen and thus I am unable to click on anything. This problem is only encountered today and previously I was able to log in just fine. Does anyone know a quick fix?

Finally found a beret Lilly can wear with the high twin tails. I had her hair in low twin tails because the way her hair went through the hats bugged me to no end Q A Q

I love it, Amaryllis is such a beautiful monster. That quest made me regret not playing Erwin, I feel like he would have had the most special dynamic with her. I'm a sucker for the big brother-little sister trope (especially when one of them dies...)

I think the story is good, it's the telling that's a little lacking. Personally I really liked the heavily dramatized writing of Dragon Nest, I never got over Gerraint after all these years ) :
Oh, but in this game I really adore Lilly's dialogues.

I've never played the JP version but this version feels similar to other games like Dragon Nest for me, I've played and enjoyed way more grindy games. It's just that at the moment there are fewer players than I'd like.

I agree with OP about the necessity of grouping coupled with the low exp making the game unsustainable. Soulworker has only been up for a couple of weeks and new players are already rare, most people are at end game, it's very time consuming to make a group and in turn makes even more new players quit. Sure, as early starters you personally have no problem, but we're speaking for the game itself in the long run.

I think Critic meant that if JP doesn't have a block, then it can be deducted that Gameforge isn't legally obliged to implement an IP block, they just wanted to do it.

I like to take it slow as well, but I personally think the slow grind works better with open world RPGs where there's a lot to explore, or simply games that have extensive and well-written plots. For a dungeon-crawler game with little effort put into the writing, the grind feels very claustrophobic.

The weeb in me is slightly disappointed there is no Tohsaka Rin hairstyle for Lilly.
